Sophia Bolakas

Sophia Bolakas works as our Midwest Partnership Coordinator with UpTogether. Prior to joining our team Sophia worked in healthcare as a clinical coordinator where she was the lead coordinator for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccines with a private contractor. Sophia has a decade of experience working within crisis management and support for vulnerable populations throughout the state of Virginia. Sophia is passionate about understanding the needs of others and finding a way to be able to support them.

Sophia holds a Masters degree in Human Services: Counseling, Health and Wellness and Bachelors in Religious and Intercultural Studies. Sophia resides in St. Louis, Missouri with her Fiance and two cats (Freyja & Loki). When Sophia isn’t working you can catch her scuba diving or volunteering at the local Wildlife Rehab Center.
