Patricia Quintero

Patricia L. Quintero serves UpTogether as the Senior Operations Manager after joining the organization in May 2022.

Prior to joining UpTogether, Quintero has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Director of System Operation at the NYU McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research.  In this role, Quintero led the strategic operations of CTAC and MCTAC- two technical institutes serving all behavioral health agencies in New York State. Patricia has also held  previous roles encompassing web development, product management, marketing, strategic planning and large event coordination

Patricia completed the National Urban Fellows Leadership program and received her Master of Public Administration degree from CUNY Baruch College. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Binghamton University, along with multiple advanced certificate degrees in health care, operations and nonprofit leadership. Patricia most recently completed her certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the internationally recognized Project Management Institute.

Patricia is a proud child of immigrants and  first generation college graduate. She resides in New York with her husband and two sons.
