Hassan and his mother immigrated to the US twenty years ago through the Diversity Immigrant Visa Lottery. He was lucky to meet the age requirement that afforded him access to educational and career opportunities that his three older siblings couldn’t. Today, he serves as the CEO of 4.0, a national incubator that connects, coaches, and invests in over 100 diverse leaders annually to pilot their visions for promising learning models. Throughout his tenure at 4.0, the organization has grown rapidly to a community of over 1,800 Founders in 45 states who collectively serve over a million youth and families annually. Hassan’s journey would not have been possible without the sacrifices of courageous people who worked intentionally to remove barriers and create opportunities for him and many more to thrive. This experience drives his deep commitment to building bridges to social and financial capital. Hassan is a Pahara and Education Pioneers alumnus.
