Celeste Morrison

Celeste Morrison joined UpTogether in 2026 as its Director of Engineering. She brings over a decade of experience building and scaling technology platforms in regulated environments, with deep expertise in full-stack development, AI/ML integration, and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA. For much of her career, Celeste has worked at the intersection of technology and underserved communities, building e-commerce tools for independent business owners, data pipelines for nonprofit platforms, and privacy-first systems designed to protect people, not just satisfy audits. She joined UpTogether because she believes technology should be a tool for equity, prioritizing the very communities that are typically overlooked, and that leaving a place better than you found it isn’t just a personal value, it’s an engineering philosophy. Celeste is committed to ensuring UpTogether’s systems reflect that conviction at every layer: rigorous, trustworthy, and built in service of the people who need them most.
