Carla Poulos

Carla is a longtime advocate for equity, driven by the fundamental belief that individuals and families know best what they need to thrive. Throughout her career, she has partnered with marginalized communities, trusting their lived experience as the true catalyst for lasting social and economic change. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Carla holds a B.A. in Spanish and a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Community Organizing. Outside of her work, she enjoys travel and spending time outdoors with her family-whether hiking, running, or getting lost in a good book.
