Claire Salomon

Claire is a Boston resident, single mother of three, and the proud founder of Project Amanda—a nonprofit dedicated to providing meaningful resources and advocacy for families in the Boston area. Deeply committed to building systems that reflect people’s needs, Claire is driven to amplify real stories and create equitable solutions for families facing housing and resource barriers. Her children remain her greatest motivation, centering her in patience, strength and love. Claire says she enjoys baking, music, dancing, poetry and exploring Boston’s vibrant art and food scene, sharing the joy and inspiration in creativity and connection. She brings the insights from her own work into the VOICE Board to reinforce the power of lived experience to discussions for driving change. For Claire, “voice” means courage, visibility and action—and she says she is committed to ensuring that every story is heard and valued as part of building a more just and hopeful future.
